IRATXE RODRÍGUEZ
General Manager
Iratxe is our founder and director, an expert in real estate investment. She is also the founder of tuproyectovive.com, a pioneer in sustainable building in the Valencian Community by constructing the first residential building of passive house apartments with a continuous envelope —significantly reducing energy use and improving air quality.
She also serves as the treasurer and Board of Director of the Green Building Council Spain (CBCe), the country's leading organization in sustainable building.
Independent Director at Umbrella Solar Investment, a company listed on the BME growth, responsible for sustainability.
She began her career at two international organizations, in Geneva (ILO), and in London (CABI BIOSCIENCE). For 15 years, she held executive positions in the largest national real estate and financial companies. She was Deputy to the CEO/General Director of Bancaja/Bankia Habitat, where she led significant transactions, including the sale of Servicer Haya and the Westin Valencia Hotel, among other projects.
In 2013, she founded her company and is linked to projects with a positive impact on society.
She is an economist with a DEA — Diploma of Advanced Studies — from the University of Valencia (Doctoral studies).
